Derbyshire Mortgage Services had very clear requirements for a new website, web application and help with marketing. They wanted to achieve business growth locally and nationally, portray a friendly family run business and emphasise their values in easing the process of moving home, charging no-fees and providing a personal service. After planning, scoping and signing-off the requirements with the client, a workable wireframe was created to demonstrate what the customer experience would be like on the website. The main criteria was that it had to be simple to use and with bold colours forming the colour pallet. It had to be logical with comfortable navigation for customers, allowing them to easily access mortgage information and applications without being frustrated by the process.
