We’ve been selected as finalists, for not just one but two, of the prestigious and highly recognised design industry Cream Awards, organised by The Drum. After 17 years in business, this is the first time we’ve entered any kind of awards and it has only been through the constant persistence of our clients that we even entered the Cream Awards, but how pleased are we that we did.
We’ve made the Finalists’ List for both Digital Website Design and Publication Design. The Digital Website entry is for the work we did recently for Camp America, a global organisation who have been a long term client of ours. The brief was to deliver an engaging website that was not only great and fun to look at for the 18 to 25 target market, but was also purposeful and informative for potential camp applicants. With the use of animation and creative graphics, we have produced a site that our client, Camp America, were absolutely thrilled with and has now led to work from similar agencies across the globe.
Our second nomination success is for one of our scientific publications for our client The European Climate Foundation. As well as our outstanding ability to take technical data and make it digestible, we also have a unique way of working with our global clients who are based in remote locations. It is this investment in both our expertise and processes that is attracting new clients from around the world. Both entries are exceptional pieces of work, but to be honest, it was hard to choose what to enter as we have so many excellent examples of the work we do.
As an agency, we always put our clients at the very forefront in all that we do. Every project we take on centres around the client’s own business and personal aims and ambitions. We take time to get to know their business and understand them as people and as friends. So for us, to see our creative and administrative teams being recognised in such a public way for the work we do and the work we love, is just fantastic. We can hardly wait for the Finalists’ Dinner on November 16th at The Jam in Birmingham, as the whole team will be attending. We are also hugely proud to be part of the Derby creative scene and for the city to be recognised for its creative output in this way.
